My name is Kristina! I grew up in a small town in Oklahoma. From a young age, I was always excited about analyzing the world in as many ways as I could. With this, I decided to pursue a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. I wanted to learn more about people and their behavior. Shortly after graduating, I got a job as a Research Technician in behavioral research. I truly enjoyed learning more about research and analyzing subconscious behavior, but I quickly realized my real passion was in the data being produced by the participants. So, I decided to pursue a career in data analytics. I am currently working as a Data Visualization Architect and pursuing my Master in Data Science at Regis University.

Hello,
I'm Maggie Hines (Hodorowicz), the proud owner of SparkPlot!
Raised in the vibrant city of Chicago, a passion for people and design ignited within me at an early age. With this, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications from the Illinois Institute of Art. The knowledge I gained, along with my inherent knack for design, allowed me to soar to new heights.
As I gained valuable experience within my industry, I felt a strong calling to make a meaningful difference in the lives of business owners. It was during this time I discovered the power of data design. This skill would allow me to combine my passion for design with the power of data. This realization led me to develop my expertise in creating compelling print, mobile, web, and data visualizations.
While the demand for SparkPlot grew, I constructed a team of like-minded Developers, which allowed me to provide even better results for our clients, with a quicker turnaround.
Since then we've continued to curate unique solutions for hundreds of local businesses. Our company has grown into providing life-changing information for ambitious individuals and thriving businesses.
